How you can work with us

01

Compliance Assessment

A fixed-scope review of what your product needs for Türkiye, delivered in 2–3 weeks.

  • Gap analysis: fiscal POS, e-Fatura/e-Arşiv, payments, KVKK, localization
  • Architecture and integration plan with effort estimate
  • Shortlist of licensed integrators and payment providers
  • Questions prepared for your Turkish accountant and lawyer
02

Integration Project

We build and test the integrations with your team, from sandbox to production.

  • Fiscal device, e-invoice and payment connectors
  • Test plan with real Turkish edge cases
  • Go-live support and handover documentation
  • Fixed milestones, weekly demos
03

Monthly Compliance Care

Ongoing maintenance as rules, thresholds and provider APIs change.

  • Monitoring of GİB, KVKK and provider announcements
  • Yearly threshold and rate updates
  • Incident support for fiscal and invoice flows
  • Quarterly review call

Every engagement starts with a short call. Prices depend on scope; you receive a written proposal after the call.

Who this is for

  • Retail, restaurant and hospitality chains opening stores in Türkiye
  • POS, e-commerce and SaaS vendors adding a Turkish market
  • ERP and finance teams that must issue Turkish e-invoices
  • Turkish companies that sell to the EU and need EU e-invoicing (see EU e-invoicing for Turkish companies)

How a project runs

  1. Assessment (2–3 weeks): we map your sales channels to Turkish documents, payments and data flows.
  2. Plan: architecture, provider shortlist and a test plan your Turkish accountant has reviewed.
  3. Build: connectors in your code base or as a separate service, with weekly demos.
  4. Go-live and care: production cut-over, monitoring and yearly rule updates.

What we do not do

  • KOD16 is not a GİB-licensed e-invoice integrator. We connect you to one and build the integration.
  • We do not give legal or tax opinions; our partner accountants and law firms do.
  • We do not sell fiscal devices; we integrate with the device vendors you choose.

Frequently asked questions

Can a foreign company issue e-Fatura without a Turkish entity?

Generally no: e-Fatura is for Turkish taxpayers. A foreign seller without a Turkish entity usually deals with VAT registration or reverse charge instead. Confirm your case with a Turkish accountant; see the e-invoicing developer guide.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Most projects run remotely in English. For store roll-outs we can be on site in Türkiye.

How long does an integration take?

An assessment takes 2–3 weeks. Integration projects typically take 6–16 weeks, depending on channels, providers and your release cycle.
